TOS/AUP/SLA AND OTHER POLICIES
For those customers who don’t like all the legal speak we have put together this quick summary of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Click on the links below for the full texts and other policies.
POLICIES SUMMARY:
A-Z Hosting does not tolerate SPAM or unsolicited bulk e-mail at all. Only opt-in newsletters are acceptable and they must abide by federal and state regulations concerning e-mail communications, the UCE and the Canned SPAM Rules.
A-Z Hosting will immediately disable any account that attempts to infringe upon another user’s right to uninterrupted Internet access. This includes the deliberate dispense of viruses, trojans, spyware, and DDoS programs. IRC Bots are also strictly forbidden.
A-Z Hosting will disable any scripts that have the ability to bring down greatly our network performance, those that infringe upon the rights of others or those that open back doors and security holes which allow a third party to infringe upon the rights of others.
A-Z Hosting does not allow adult pornography sites. The only exceptions to this rule are lingerie stores doing legitimate business and if they show genitalia even they must have an intercepting disclaimer page that states that the visitors must be over the age of 18 to enter. Photos showing the application of adult novelty items are not permitted. In short; be tasteful.
A-Z Hosting reserves the right to work directly with local and federal authorities and the Department of Homeland Security to apprehend and prosecute offenders of criminal acts especially those we have illustrated here. WE DO follow the DHS guidelines for critical infrastructure and we do monitor and report infractions.
